Mr. Mahbubul Anam is one of the leading entrepreneurs in Bangladesh having Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He is involved in a number of businesses which include, among others, healthcare, education, freight forwarding & logistics, aviation, travel related services, international courier, meat processing and investment banking. Mr. Mahbubul Anam leads a diversified group of companies through his visionary leadership for over 45 years. Mr. Anam is one of the leading personalities in the logistics & aviation industry in Bangladesh. He also served as a member of advisory bodies of the Government in the Airlines & Transportation fields. Mr. Anam enjoys enormous reputation in the field of sports, education, social and philanthropic activities and with his enormous passion in sports, especially in Cricket. He is a former President of Bangladesh Freight Forwarders Association (BAFFA) and also represented BAFFA in International Association such as FIATA, FAPAA etc. both home and abroad. Currently, Mr. Anam is also one of the members of the Board of Directors of BCB.

Mr. Khan is an entrepreneur who has developed projects in the electricity industry for more than 20 years. As the founder and managing director of Desh Energy Ltd, he began his career in power development in 2005. The company effectively constructed a 110MW portfolio of gas- and liquid-fired power units under his energetic supervision. Mr. Khan left Desh Energy Limited in 2013 to focus on renewable energy. Later, he founded Joules Power Limited (JPL), where he successfully oversaw the implementation of the country’s first utility-scale, grid-tied solar IPP in Teknaf. In addition, he is continuing to enhance more IPP, commercial and industrial projects under Joules’ umbrella. Mr. Khan completed his undergrad in Economics and Business with East European Studies at University College London (UCL). Mr. Khan earned his executive MBA from Columbia Business, London Business School, and Hong Kong Business School as part of the EMBA Global Asia Program. He also serves as a Director at the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).

Mr. Moyeen is a very prominent and highly respected business personality in Bangladesh, with over 40 years of experience across a range of industries. He is an architect engineer by education from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Mr. Moyeen started his business career in the RMG manufacturing sector as the Managing Director of Tropica Garments Ltd in 1982. Since then, he has diversified into various industries and holds directorship positions in prominent businesses like Evercare Hospital Dhaka, and International School Dhaka. He serves as the chairman of LankaBangla Finance Ltd, one of the largest NBFI’s in the country and is the Managing Director of Bengal Meat Processing Industries Limited.

Mr. Moyeen is an entrepreneur and a project development expert in the renewable energy sector. He has over 10 years of experience working on renewable energy projects in Bangladesh. He worked in operations management in the energy retail sector in Toronto till 2017. Later, he moved to Bangladesh and joined Joules Power Limited as the Director of Operations. He played a critical role in the implementation and operation of Technaf Solartech Energy Limited, Bangladesh’s first and largest solar power plant and is overseeing the ongoing projects as well. Mr. Moyeen graduated with an Honours B.A. degree in economics from the University of Toronto. He is a certified project manager and serves as co-convener of the National Energy Security Council in the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).
