Engineer

Muktagacha Solartech Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Joules Power Limited, Bangladesh is looking for a Dynamic and Self-Driven Professional in the position of “Engineer”.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of Solar PV Plant.
• Monitor erection, testing, and commissioning work.
• Supervise and ensure effective erection of MV, LV, and DC string cable laying and termination work.
• Ensure safe installation of all field equipment including PV Modules, Inverters, STS, and MMS.
• Understand and review approved design and drawings, including connection diagrams of equipment.
• Carry out generation analysis of PVMS-SCADA systems and take immediate corrective actions when required.
• Perform diagnostic work on electro-mechanical faults and plant outages, and recommend repairs as necessary.
• Operate switching switchgear of the power plant substation in low and medium voltage systems.
• Perform regular maintenance of inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and 33 kV switchyard equipment..
• Supervise personnel to ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and productive generation of the plant.
• Conduct scheduled performance tests, analyze operational data, and develop operational plans to optimize plant performance and profitability.
• Ensure zero major incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Sc. Engineering in EEE, Form any reputed university/ Polytechnic Institute​
• Minimum 05 Years’ of solar experience
• Knowledge of Solar systems, PV panels, Inverter system, DC cabling, SCADA systems etc.​

• Knowledge of Solar systems, PV panels, Inverter system, DC cabling, SCADA systems etc.
• Specialization in LT/HT switchgear equipment, installation, Testing and commission​
